Answers before getting started
What does the AutoLabFlow subscription include?
Use of the software on a Windows workstation, detection and retrieval of available cases, renaming and filing according to your rules, work-sheet printing, the activity log and duplicate reporting. Updates and support are included. Installation and configuration are a separate setup service.
Are there installation fees?
Installation is not included in the subscription. You can install AutoLabFlow yourself using the tutorials, or ask us to handle setup; its price is provided on request.
Can I try AutoLabFlow before committing?
Yes. You receive a 30-day trial with the first Stripe subscription for a licence. The trial is not renewed if you subscribe again.
What happens if I go over 600 cases in a month?
The €199 per month High volume plan is intended for more than 600 monthly cases. The tier is agreed with you in the demo or quotation; there is no automatic switch at this time.
Which platforms can I connect?
Medit Link, DS Core, Shining 3D, 3DISC, Alliedstar, Dexis, Owandy, MyScan and VisioScan are validated according to real-world use and your configuration. 3Shape and iTero are pending: AutoLabFlow does not receive cases from these platforms today. Printing 3Shape work sheets remains possible.
Can I use AutoLabFlow with my Windows or network folders?
Yes. AutoLabFlow files your cases in your local or network folders according to your own naming rules. For some platforms, cases may transit through our connection server without being stored there; stored notifications contain no patient data.
How do I stop my subscription?
AutoLabFlow has no commitment. You cancel from your Stripe billing area; the current month remains due and the licence stays active until the end of the period.
